Composition of Izal formulation in making 20 litres are as follows:
Texapon 2 tin milk cups
Pine oil. 4 tmc
Phenol 4 tmc
Lysol 4 tmc
Izal booster 4 tmc
Carbolic acid 4 tmc
Whitener. 2 tmc
Water. 10 litres
Nb: The measurement usually varies depending on ur desired thickness, and whether its a personal use or commercial use. Nevertheless when u get to chemical shop to buy all these chemicals,tell them the desired litres you want to produce and you'll be given the exact measurement for what you're producing.
Steps
1. Pour the texapon in a bowl
2. Add the pine oil and stir very well
3. Add the phenol and stir
4. Add the lysol and stir
5. Add the booster and stir
6. Add 10 litres of water and stir
7. Dilute the carbolic acid acid before you add to the mixture
8 Add the Izal concentrate and stir
9. Dilute the whitener before you add to the mixture and stir together
10. Package for use or sale
